Required Documents for Residence Certificate
To get a Certificate of Residence in Thailand, you’ll need your passport, visa, TM.6 Departure Card, two passport-sized photos, a copy of your rental agreement or house registration, and the completed application form. You’ll also need to show a receipt of your Address Notification (TM.30).
- Passport and Visa:You’ll need your original passport, copies of your visa and the pages showing your recent entry stamp into Thailand.
- TM.6 Departure Card: A photocopy of your TM.6 Departure Card is required.
- Passport-sized Photos: Two recent (within the last 6 months) passport-sized photos with a white background.
- Address Notification Receipt (TM.30): You’ll need a copy of the receipt confirming your address notification.
- Completed Application Form: You’ll need to complete and sign the application form for a Certificate of Residence, which can be obtained at the Immigration Office in Pattaya
- Fee: There may be a fee associated with obtaining the Certificate of Residence.
